🔹 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Commercial Lending and hands-on experience with FIS Loan IQ.
The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, lending operations, and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze lending processes, support Loan IQ implementations/enhancements, and drive successful commercial lending initiatives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct workshops with Lending Operations, Credit, Portfolio Management, Risk, and Technology teams.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Support FIS Loan IQ implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and data migration.
• Collaborate with technology and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
• Support testing, validation, defect resolution, and implementation activities.
• Ensure solutions align with commercial lending policies, regulatory requirements, and operational controls.
🔹 Must-Have Skills
✅ Business Analysis / Business Systems Analysis experience
✅ Strong Commercial Lending domain experience
✅ Hands-on experience with FIS Loan IQ
✅ Requirements gathering and documentation
✅ Functional specifications and user stories
✅ Experience working with Lending Operations, Credit, Risk, Portfolio Management, and Technology teams
✅ Experience supporting Loan IQ implementation, upgrades, enhancements, or migration projects
