Job Title: Associate Director, IT Strategic Sourcing
Location: Jersey City, NJ or Tampa, FL

Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of IT Strategic Sourcing and Category Mgmt. at a global organization, preferably in financial services.
- Experience and proven success developing RFxXs and negotiating HW, software, telecom/networking, private cloud, public cloud, and IT professional services contracts.
- Knowledge of enterprise IT vendors as well as emerging technology providers.
- Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex sourcing and contractual concepts into terms that can be understood by business, legal, finance, and risk stakeholders.
- Strong organizational competency with the ability to independently manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
- Comfortable with organizational change and transformation.
- Understanding of key financial, legal, and operational controls required in a heavily regulated organization.
- Client service focused.
- Experience partnering with stakeholders to develop SLAs with technology suppliers.
