Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex global technology and business transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on Agile execution, Jira/Confluence governance, and cross-functional stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will combine traditional project management disciplines with hands-on Agile delivery experience and deep expertise in Jira and Confluence. This individual will be responsible for driving planning, execution, governance, reporting, and continuous improvement across multiple workstreams while partnering closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and senior leadership.
Experience delivering global HR, Finance, Compliance, Regulatory, or Enterprise Transformation projects within a regulated financial services environment is highly desirable.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Project Management, Program Management, or Agile Delivery experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Jira and Confluence experience in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience leading Agile and hybrid delivery programs.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, and modern Agile practices.
- Experience managing global cross-functional technology projects.
- Experience creating executive-level project reporting and dashboards.
- Strong project financial management and resource planning capabilities.
- Experience managing vendor-led implementations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong facilitation and workshop leadership experience.
- Self-starter capable of operating independently with minimal oversight.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering global HR transformation programs (SuccessFactors preferred).
- Experience supporting Compliance, Regulatory, Risk, Finance, or Enterprise Technology initiatives.
- Experience within Banking or Financial Services.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Databricks, or enterprise cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of SDLC, ITIL, COBIT, and software governance frameworks.
- Experience establishing PMO standards and delivery governance practices.
