Senior DevOps / Kubernetes Engineer
Location: Remote – Brazil
Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior DevOps / Kubernetes Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, GitOps, CI/CD automation, and production troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with AWS and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments, particularly with AWS EKS to OCI OKE migrations.
This role will focus on designing, deploying, automating, and supporting highly available cloud-native environments for high-traffic digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters and workloads in production environments.
• Manage Kubernetes deployments using Helm and Argo CD/GitOps.
• Support and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS and OCI.
• Participate in AWS EKS to OCI OKE migration initiatives.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/OpenTofu.
• Manage secrets using External Secrets Operator and cloud-based secret management solutions.
• Implement and maintain observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, networking, deployments, and production environments.
• Improve system reliability, scalability, availability, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, platform, security, and application teams to support cloud-native applications.
• Participate in production incident response, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization.
• Establish and maintain DevOps and GitOps best practices.
Required Technical Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes

• AWS, particularly Amazon EKS
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), particularly OCI OKE
• Experience with AWS EKS → OCI OKE migrations
• CI/CD automation
• Terraform and/or OpenTofu
• External Secrets Operator
• Production troubleshooting and incident resolution
• Observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
• Strong understanding of cloud-native infrastructure and containerized applications
• Experience with Linux and cloud infrastructure administration
