EXPERIENCE:
7+ years of professional web application development experience
5+ years of experience with React and/or Angular
4+ years of Node.js/Express backend development
3+ years of MongoDB database design and optimization
2+ years in a technical leadership or architect role
Proven experience with both MERN and MEAN stack implementations
2+ years of hands-on experience with agentic engineering patterns
Demonstrated experience integrating AI/ML agents into web applications
Experience with LLM integrations (OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or similar)
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
Strong understanding of ES6+ features and modern JavaScript
Experience with responsive design and CSS frameworks
Proficiency with RESTful API design and GraphQL
Version control systems (Git)
Build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, etc.)
Unit and integration testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.)
Knowledge of agentic system design patterns and principles
Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and agent orchestration tools
Understanding of async programming and event-driven architecture
Experience with WebSocket and real-time communication protocols
