Hiring: Agentic AI for Quality Engineering | QE Engagement Lead
Location: Charlotte, NC | 3 Days Onsite

Experience - 12+ years
We’re looking for a hands-on QE Engagement Lead with deep expertise in Agentic AI, Playwright automation, and data migration testing to support application modernization initiatives across .NET, Angular, AWS, SQL Server & PostgreSQL.
Must-Have Skills:
• Hands-on Agentic AI for QE – AI agents for test automation, test generation, defect triage & impact analysis
• Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Kiro, Cursor or similar AI tools
• Strong hands-on Playwright automation & framework development
• Expertise in SQL Server & PostgreSQL data migration testing
• Source-to-target reconciliation, ETL validation, schema mapping & data quality testing
• 12+ years of QA/QE experience with client-facing leadership
• Strong coding, SQL, API, CI/CD & technical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with .NET/.NET Core, Angular, Azure DevOps
