We’re looking for a Senior Real-Time Data Engineer to lead the architecture and development of a high-scale, customer-facing analytics engine processing millions of events daily.
Senior Data Engineer (Real Time) | Remote | 9Y+ | Quick Joiner Only | Salary Offering: INR 33,00,000 PA
Key Responsibilities:
Design and scale low-latency OLAP analytics for high-concurrency SaaS users.
Build real-time pipelines using PostgreSQL, Kafka/Kinesis → Apache Pinot.
Develop a robust Semantic Layer using Cube.js for consistent business metrics.
Optimize Pinot tables, indexing and Cube pre-aggregations for sub-300ms dashboards.
Build REST/GraphQL APIs and collaborate with Frontend teams.
Implement multi-tenant data security and governance.
Required Skills & Technical Stack:
Apache Pinot / ClickHouse / StarRocks – 3+ years production experience.
Strong Cube.js expertise, including pre-aggregations and security contexts.
Expert PostgreSQL, analytical query optimization & CDC.
Debezium, Kafka or Flink for real-time ingestion.
Strong SQL + Python/Node.js.
Experience translating complex business logic into scalable data models.
Strong architecture, problem-solving and technical leadership skills.
