We are looking for an experienced Procurement Director to lead procurement execution for major Data Center projects and operational requirements, driving strategic sourcing, commercial excellence, supplier performance, risk mitigation and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead regional procurement strategies, category plans and sourcing initiatives.
Drive procurement for large-scale Data Center / CAPEX / Construction projects.
Manage end-to-end RFx, tendering, bid evaluation, commercial analysis, negotiations and contract awards.
Lead procurement across construction packages, MEP equipment, fit-outs, consultancy, MRO, maintenance and shared services.
Manage and develop strategic suppliers, contractors and consultants.
Drive cost optimization, savings, value engineering and continuous improvement.
Identify and mitigate procurement, commercial, supplier and supply-chain risks.
Manage commercial agreements, SLAs and supplier contracts.
Provide commercial expertise across FIDIC, GMP, Lump Sum, EPC and related contract models.
Partner with Legal, Finance, Engineering and Project teams on governance and contract compliance.
Monitor budgets, commitments, POs, project spend, procurement KPIs and savings.
Required Skills & Experience:
15+ years of Procurement experience, strong Project & Construction Procurement experience
Proven background in Data Centers / Mission Critical / Infrastructure / Industrial projects
Experience managing large-scale CAPEX projects and complex procurement packages
Strong understanding of FIDIC, GMP, Lump Sum, EPC and commercial contracts
Expertise in RFx, tendering, commercial evaluation, negotiation and contract awards
Strong regional supplier / contractor / consultant management experience
Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to balance Cost + Risk + Quality + Schedule
Strong senior stakeholder management and influencing skills
Hands-on ERP experience – SAP / Oracle / NetSuite or equivalent
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and procurement analytics/reporting skills
Regional / multicultural procurement experience is highly valued.
Engineering background is preferred.
Additional advantage: Malay and/or Mandarin language capability.
