Role: AI/ML Engineer

Type: Contract/ FTE
Job Description:
- Developing deep learning solutions for image processing, including convolutional neural networks (CNNs).
- Working with modern computer vision models for real-time object detection and image segmentation, such as YOLO and SAM.
- Strong knowledge of major AI/ML frameworks, including PyTorch and TensorFlow, as well as model exchange and deployment formats such as ONNX.
- Designing and implementing robust data processing and machine learning pipelines.
- Developing complex, maintainable software packages in Python while applying established software engineering principles.
- Building RESTful backend services for integration with enterprise applications and solutions.
- Using AI/ML development and deployment platforms such as ClearML or similar tools to streamline experimentation, training, tracking, and deployment workflows.
Working Knowledge
- Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Git and modern source-control practices.
Additional Qualifications
- University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Strong hands-on approach with the ability to rapidly prototype and evaluate emerging technologies, models, and technical approaches.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with end users, business analysts, subject-matter experts, IT security professionals, and other stakeholders.
