Role Description The Financial Services Consultant is a full-time, hybrid role based in Subang Jaya, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the consultant provides tailored financial and takaful solutions to clients, including needs analysis, product recommendations, and ongoing portfolio reviews. The consultant engages with clients through meetings, calls, and digital channels to build long-term relationships, explain financial concepts clearly, and support clients in achieving their financial goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and product research, preparing proposals and presentations, completing documentation accurately, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, participating in training and development programs, and using digital tools and platforms to enhance service delivery and client experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess client needs, and support sound recommendations.
- Candidates should possess knowledge in Finance and Financial Services to advise on takaful, protection, savings, and investment-related solutions.
- Candidates should possess experience or aptitude in Consulting to deliver client-focused advice, manage relationships, and provide structured financial guidance.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain complex information clearly, conduct client meetings, and prepare professional reports and presentations.
- Relevant academic qualification in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field is beneficial.
- Professional certifications in financial planning, insurance, or takaful (or willingness to obtain them) are an advantage.
- Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and online collaboration platforms; ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
