Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Varicent Project Manager to lead the delivery, implementation, enhancement, and support of enterprise-wide Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and Sales Performance Management (SPM) solutions using the Varicent platform.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, sales compensation processes, and Varicent platform capabilities. This role will be responsible for managing multiple projects, leading cross-functional teams, driving business transformation initiatives, and ensuring successful delivery of compensation solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities: Project & Program Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Varicent implementation, migration, enhancement, and support projects.
- Develop project plans, execution strategies, release roadmaps, and resource plans.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Drive governance through regular status reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive reporting.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across global teams.
Product & Solution Leadership
- Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
- Understand and translate compensation requirements into scalable Varicent solutions.
- Review solution architecture and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Drive standardization and optimization of compensation processes.
- Lead solution design discussions and approve technical deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of overall IT/Product Delivery experience.
- 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
- Experience delivering enterprise-level Varicent implementations and enhancements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
