Job Summary: We are seeking a highly accomplished Associate Director – Varicent Product Delivery to lead strategic delivery, transformation, and operational excellence initiatives across Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and Sales Performance Management (SPM) programs using the Varicent platform.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Varicent product implementations, global delivery leadership, program governance, stakeholder management, sales compensation processes, and enterprise technology transformation. The role will oversee large portfolios, drive customer success, mentor delivery leaders, and ensure the successful execution of complex Varicent programs for global clients.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Delivery Leadership
- Own end-to-end delivery of Varicent implementation, migration, enhancement, and managed services engagements.
- Lead large-scale SPM and ICM transformation programs across global organizations.
- Define delivery strategy, execution models, governance frameworks, and operational processes.
- Manage project portfolios involving multiple workstreams, teams, and stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, and business value realization.
Varicent Practice & Product Delivery Leadership
- Provide leadership across the complete Varicent ecosystem:
- Incentive Compensation Management (ICM)
- Sales Performance Management (SPM)
- Territory Management
- Quota Planning
- Sales Planning
- Compensation Analytics
- Drive adoption of Varicent best practices, implementation standards, and reusable frameworks.
- Establish delivery methodologies, accelerators, and governance models.
- Collaborate with Varicent product teams and strategic partners where required.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 18+ years of overall IT experience.
- 8+ years of experience delivering Varicent ICM/SPM solutions.
- 5+ years leading large-scale delivery teams and programs.
- Proven track record managing enterprise implementations and support engagements.
- Experience managing global and distributed delivery organizations.
