Responsibilities
Daily onsite support to state employees helping them navigate and leverage the new system, answer questions, providing, coaching, hosting drop-in office hours, reviewing training materials with end-users, helping end-users navigate other support materials and the online learning academy, identifying gaps in knowledge where new training/support materials are required or existing ones require modification, flagging end-user challenges to the command center and HFS leadership, identifying opportunities for enhanced end-user support
