Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle from early design through construction completion
- Manage project budget, lead budget meetings
- Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
- Create and enforce a weekly construction schedule
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
