Following continued growth across Europe, they're looking to hire an Enterprise Account Manager to support and grow strategic agency partnerships across the DACH region.

The Role
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise ecommerce agency partners across DACH
- Build strong client relationships and deliver strategic account support
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and drive commercial growth
- Partner with Sales, Product and Customer Success to deliver outstanding client outcomes
About You
- Have a strong background in Account Management, Customer Success or Client Services
- Experience working with ecommerce, retail media, digital marketing or SaaS clients
- Strong analytical and relationship management skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Passion for helping clients grow within a fast-paced international business
