We are looking for Business facing Procurement Product/Process Owners/Leads who have 5+ years ERP experience
Purpose of the Function
This role will own the vision and value delivery for the technology products that support our Sourcing & procurement function. It will act as a dedicated business partner to the procurement team, translating their strategic needs for planning, budgeting, and forecasting into a clear product vision and a prioritized backlog of work. This position is accountable for maximizing the business impact of our financial technology investments by providing clear direction to delivery teams, championing a cohesive user experience, and continuously measuring the value delivered back to the business.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Actively partner with the procurement/sourcing team and end-users to define and champion a clear vision for the sourcing/procurement product or capability.
- Own and relentlessly prioritize a unified product backlog, making clear and decisive day-to-day calls on what the delivery teams should build next to maximize value for the procurement function.
- Act as the steward for the end-to-end user experience, working collaboratively with business users and delivery teams to ensure all components integrate into a coherent and effective solution.
- Define and monitor the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure the success of the product against defined financial planning and analysis outcomes.
- Continuously measure and communicate the value delivered by the product back to Procurement/Finance stakeholders, using data-driven insights to guide the roadmap and future priorities.
- Develop clear user stories, features, and epics that effectively articulate business needs and acceptance criteria for financial planning and reporting enhancements.
- Lead backlog refinement sessions, sprint planning, and product reviews to ensure alignment between the delivery teams and the Procurement/Finance team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the delivery teams, providing constant feedback and clarification on complex financial calculations and processes to empower effective execution.

- Deep knowledge of product management principles and Agile methodologies, with a focus on value delivery and outcome-based planning.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to build consensus and champion a product vision with both business professionals and technical teams.
- Ability to own and prioritize a product backlog based on strategic value, user needs, and return on investment within a procurement context.
- Knowledge of the business processes within the procurement lifecycle process.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively together within cross-functional teams and networks.
- Demonstrated communication skills, within a multi-cultural and multi-lingual global environment.
- Is agile and demonstrates adaptability, comfort with ambiguity, trust-building, and resilience.

Education, Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master Degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role with a focus on delivering technology solutions for a procurement function. "5+ Years"
- Experience working with financial systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform Oracle. "5+ Years"
- Proven experience owning a product backlog and working directly with development teams in an Agile environment. "3+ Years"
