Data Scientist - Join a Leading Financial Organization
Join our Model Development Team and work on strategic AI initiatives across banking, including marketing, customer service, pricing, and technology.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with large-scale tabular datasets – required.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing classical Machine Learning models, with a strong focus on Classification and Regression – required.
- Strong Python development skills – required.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or another relevant quantitative field.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Generative AI.
- Experience with PySpark and cloud environments.
- Experience in banking / financial services.
- Experience working in large, complex organizations.
