About the company
This company provides an AI recruiter that screens and interviews candidates over voice, integrating seamlessly with existing applicant tracking systems and hiring processes. It enables enterprises and staffing firms to conduct interviews at a scale that would otherwise be unmanageable.
Founded in 2023, the company has raised $20.5M in Series A funding from Peak XV Partners, Y Combinator, and Uncorrelated Ventures. With a team of around 40 people based in San Francisco, the company is actively conducting thousands of AI interviews and is poised for further growth.

- Develop and maintain integrations with various applicant tracking systems and other workflow-related systems.
- Manage the technical aspects of onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions from setup to go-live.
- Oversee deployments in production, addressing support issues and implementing monitoring solutions.
- Act as the technical advocate for customers, providing feedback to the product engineering team.
Why This Role Is Compelling
- Join a Series A startup with significant funding and traction in the AI recruitment space.
- Work on a live product that is scaling rapidly, not a speculative venture.
- Be part of a small, agile team where your contributions have a direct impact on enterprise customers.
- Enjoy benefits like unlimited PTO, company lunches, and a collaborative office environment in Levi's Plaza, San Francisco.
The Ideal Candidate
- 3 to 6 years of experience in a technical, client-facing role.
