We're looking for an LLM Engineer to join a fast-growing AI consultancy delivering cutting-edge Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and AI Agent solutions for enterprise clients across Japan.
If you're passionate about turning the latest AI technologies into real-world business solutions, this is your chance to work alongside experienced AI consultants and data scientists on production-ready GenAI projects.
What You'll Do
✅ Develop enterprise applications using LLMs and Generative AI
✅ Build RAG and AI Agent solutions
✅ Design prompts and integrate leading LLM APIs
✅ Support PoCs through to production deployment
✅ Work with AI Consultants, Data Engineers & ML specialists
✅ Gain hands-on experience with LLMOps & MLOps in live environments
What We're Looking For
✔ Around 1+ years' commercial experience in AI, Machine Learning or Data Science
✔ Experience with LLM APIs and prompt engineering
✔ Python experience preferred
✔ Knowledge of RAG, AI Agents or MLOps is a plus
✔ Business-level Japanese (required)
✔ Business-level English is an advantage
