🎯 Your Role
You'll take the technical lead on projects, including:
- Designing and building enterprise-scale data platforms
- Leading cloud data migrations from on-premise environments
- Developing distributed data pipelines using Spark/Python
- Designing robust data models and architectures
- Leading PoCs and technology evaluations
- Working directly with clients to solve complex business challenges
- Mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership
- Exploring how AI and GenAI can improve engineering and business processes
👀 We're Looking For
- 3+ years' Data Engineering experience
- Strong experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
- Hands-on Spark and/or Python
- Strong data modelling skills
- Databricks or Snowflake experience is highly desirable
- Technical Lead or Project Management experience is a plus
- Experience with data governance or multi-cloud environments is advantageous
- Japanese: JLPT N2 / Business Level – Required
- English: Business Level – Required
- Passion for emerging Data & AI technologies
