About The Role
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer / Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI models and data solutions that address complex business challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating impactful natural language processing (NLP) applications, large language models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. You will work across the entire project lifecycle, from understanding business needs to deploying production-ready models, ensuring best practices in MLOps and data management are followed.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years of experience in data science and AI, with a strong background in NLP, machine learning, deep learning, and cloud technologies. Your contributions will directly influence strategic decision-making and operational efficiency, making this a highly impactful role.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in AI, Data Science, or related fields
- Bac +5 minimum in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or equivalent scientific discipline
- Proficiency in Python programming language
- Strong expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
- Advanced SQL skills for data querying, transformation, and analysis
- Experience with MLOps tools and practices such as versioning, CI/CD, monitoring, and pipeline orchestration (MLflow, Airflow, DVC)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Databricks, and Snowflake
- Experience with collaborative code management tools like GIT
- Experience in sectors such as banking, financial services, insurance, energy, utilities, or luxury industries is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI models and data-driven solutions with significant business impact
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into suitable algorithmic solutions
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, statistical analysis, visualization, and feature engineering
- Build and train machine learning and deep learning models, with a focus on NLP, LLMs, and RAG architectures
- Integrate and deploy models into production environments following MLOps best practices
- Manage and optimize large-scale databases using SQL for data extraction and transformation
- Stay updated with technological advancements in generative AI, NLP, and data engineering
- Contribute to the definition of data standards and promote skill development within the team
