We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join a growing IT solutions provider specializing in enterprise technology services and infrastructure solutions.
Summary of the Role
The role focuses on managing key enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth, and expanding long-term client relationships within the IT solutions space. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, delivering consultative solutions, and working closely with technical teams to support customer requirements across infrastructure and cybersecurity projects.
This is a strong fit for sales professionals with experience in enterprise account management within IT distribution, system integration, or technology solution providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned enterprise accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle (from opportunity to closure)
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and contracts
- Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams on solution delivery
- Maintain pipeline accuracy and sales forecasting
Must-Have Skills / Experience
- 3+ years experience in Account Management, Business Development, or IT Sales
- Experience in selling IT solutions such as infrastructure, software, or enterprise technology services
- Strong consultative selling and client relationship management skills
- Experience working with enterprise or corporate clients
