Contract: Permanent

Why This Role
This company works with airlines on cloud, data and AI transformation, helping them simplify operations, reduce cost and make better use of technology.
They’re looking for a Delivery Manager to join an established team and bring a bit more structure and momentum to how work gets delivered.
This isn’t one of those roles where every requirement is nailed down from day one.
Things will evolve, priorities will shift, and they need someone who can keep delivery moving without turning everything into process for process’ sake.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
You’ll own delivery across Agile teams and make sure work keeps moving in the right direction.
That means:
- Owning delivery plans, milestones and outcomes
- Running sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retros
- Managing risks, dependencies and blockers
- Working closely with technical teams as requirements evolve
- Keeping stakeholders informed and managing expectations
- Using delivery metrics to improve how the team works
- Supporting teams through wider transformation and change
You’ll be the person helping bring clarity when things are moving quickly or the detail is still emerging.
What They’re Looking For
- 3+ years in Delivery Management, Agile Delivery, Project Management or similar
- Strong hands-on experience in Agile or hybrid environments
- Good working knowledge of Scrum and Kanban
- Experience delivering complex initiatives where requirements evolve over time
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working closely with technical teams
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Structured, pragmatic and focused on outcomes
- Comfortable with urgency and changing priorities
Bonus if you have:
- Project Management or Agile certifications
- Degree in Business, Project Management or a related field
The Culture
You’ll be joining a growing technology business with teams across Ireland, the UK and Europe.
The environment is collaborative and delivery-focused, with a mix of local and nearshore teams working together on client projects.
Good fit for someone who likes structure, but not bureaucracy, and is comfortable getting stuck into evolving delivery environments.
