At Very Much Indian, we're building a home for authentic handloom sarees — working directly with weavers to keep India's craft traditions alive. As we grow, we're looking for someone to help us build the kind of workplace our team deserves.
What you'll do:
• Own end-to-end HR — hiring, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination & employee records
• Keep daily operations running — office admin, vendor coordination & facilities
• Build simple, people-first policies and a warm team culture
• Support leadership on compliance and documentation
What we're looking for:
• 2 to 3 years in HR and/or admin, ideally at a startup, D2C or retail brand
• A hands-on, organised, get-things-done attitude
• Warmth with people and a sharp eye for detail
