Very Much Indian is looking for a sharp, driven and highly proactive individual to join the Founder’s Office.
This role is for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, execution, business, marketing, and operations — and wants a front-row seat to building a growing D2C brand.
What you’ll do:
• Work closely with the Founder on strategic and business initiatives
• Drive projects from idea → execution → completion
• Coordinate across Marketing, Operations, Sales, Ecommerce & other teams
• Conduct market, competitor and business research
• Prepare presentations, reports, MIS and business insights
• Track key projects, deadlines and follow-ups
• Identify gaps and proactively solve problems
• Support the Founder in day-to-day decision-making and special projects
What we’re looking for:
1–3 years of experience in a startup, consulting, strategy, operations or similar role
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Highly organised with strong follow-through
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions
Strong Excel/Google Sheets & PowerPoint skills
MBA / equivalent background preferred, but not mandatory
