Very Much Indian, a Shark Tank–funded brand reviving heritage sarees for the new generation — with Paithani sarees as our signature offering — is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our digital storytelling. Backed by the craftsmanship of 4,000+ weavers across 8 states, we bring authentic handloom silk and cotton sarees to modern India.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product planning and merchandising across collections
- Coordinate with design, production, inventory, and operations teams
- Track product development, sampling, and production timelines
- Maintain product details, SKU data, and inventory coordination
- Analyse sales trends and customer preferences to guide product planning
- Support assortment planning, pricing, and product launches
- Liaise with weavers, vendors, and internal teams for timely execution
- Monitor stock levels and flag fast- and slow-moving products
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years in merchandising, preferably in fashion, apparel, or textiles
- Strong understanding of fabrics, products, and fashion trends
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Sharp attention to detail and strong follow-up
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
