Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to build and deploy production-ready AI systems, intelligent agents, and scalable backend services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop production-grade Python/FastAPI services for AI applications.
- Build agentic workflows for chat, search, and RAG use cases.
- Work with LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith for agent development, tracing, and evaluation.
- Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases such as Qdrant and Milvus.
- Apply prompt engineering and agent testing methodologies.
- Monitor and optimize AI systems for accuracy, latency, cost, and scalability.
- Deploy AI services using Docker and cloud platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python/backend skills.
- 1–2+ years of hands-on AI/ML production experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Python and software engineering best practices, with a focus on clean, maintainable, and production-quality code.
