We are looking for someone with a strong electrical engineering background who understands control panel design and can use that technical knowledge to effectively manage projects and support the engineering team when needed.
The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical design and control panels using AutoCAD. You may already be an experienced Project Manager, or you could be a current Electrical Engineer looking to transition into project management. Training and support can be provided for the right candidate.
Experience within a GMP/pharmaceutical environment would be a significant advantage.

- Manage electrical and automation projects from planning through to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, budgets, and delivery plans.
- Coordinate engineering, design, manufacturing, programming, and commissioning activities.
- Act as the key point of contact for customers, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure key milestones are achieved.
- Lead project meetings and provide clear project updates.
- Review electrical drawings and technical documentation to ensure project requirements are being met.
- Use your electrical background to support the engineering team and help resolve technical issues when required.
- Coordinate FAT, SAT, commissioning, and project closeout activities where applicable.
Essential:
- Electrical engineering or electrical design background.
- Experience with control panel design and electrical schematics.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
Desirable:
- Previous project management experience in engineering, automation, controls, or systems integration.
- Pharmaceutical/GMP experience.
- Experience with PLCs, instrumentation, automation, FAT/SAT, or commissioning.
- Formal project management training or qualifications.

- Hybrid working – 3 days in office
- 401(k)
- 2 weeks PTO

This is a great opportunity for an Electrical Engineer looking to move into Project Management, or an experienced Project Manager with a strong electrical/control panel background, to join a specialist pharmaceutical systems integration business.
