Program Manager – Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large, complex programs aligned to business objectives
- Lead and manage multiple scrum team across multiple products
- Define program scope, goals, and success metrics in alignment with executive stakeholders
- Develop and manage integrated program plans, timelines, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Business, Technology, Operations, and external partners
- Establish and enforce governance, including reporting cadence, decision frameworks, and escalation paths
- Provide regular executive updates on program status, risks, issues, and key decisions required
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively to ensure program stability and delivery
- Manage interdependencies across projects and ensure coordinated execution
- Oversee vendor/partner performance, including alignment to scope, timelines, and contractual obligations
- Ensure financial discipline, including budget tracking, forecasting, and cost management
- Drive clarity in requirements, priorities, and outcomes across teams
- Enable effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization
- Facilitate decision-making by providing structured analysis and recommendations
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards, compliance, and quality expectations
- Lead change management efforts to support adoption of new processes, systems, or capabilities
- Promote continuous improvement in program execution, governance, and operating model
- Lead and coordinate with global teams e.g. USA, Japan, Europe, India
