Job Profile
Seeking a Full Stack AI Developer with expertise in AI-powered SDLC, Agentic AI, React, Spring Boot, FastAPI, Azure OpenAI/AWS Bedrock, and Azure DevOps to build next-generation intelligent enterprise applications.
Location : Plano, TX.
This role builds Java-based microservices with Spring Boot for applications, and Python services using FastAPI. You'll also bring AI into the development process itself, using MCP, context engineering, and LLM-based automation to speed up how the team writes, tests, and reviews code. AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, and Devin are part of the daily workflow here. You'll work with engineers, architects, QA, and product managers to build APIs and services that hold up under real traffic. You'll also design AI solutions using RAG, semantic search, and autonomous agent frameworks.
Qualifications Basic
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 4 years working on microservices based application development.
- Full stack experience : ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot, Python, Kotlin, FastAPI
Essential Job Tasks:
- Implement AI-driven SDLC accelerators (code-gen, review automation, smart testing).
- Develop MCP-based extensions to streamline developer workflows.
- Apply context-engineering for structured AI reasoning.
- Design and build Agentic AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and autonomous agents
- Build LLM-integrated CI/CD workflows.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive AI adoption.
Necessary qualifications:
- Strong programming experience in Java, Spring Boot, Python or Kotlin
- Hands-on LLM integration experience, including RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and vector DBs.
- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI and/or AWS Bedrock, including foundation models and enterprise AI services.
- Experience with intelligent test automation.
- Experience with REST and SOAP services, and work with Kafka
- Experience with both relational and NoSQL DB (SQL, Azure SQL, Couchbase)
- Experience deploying and running services on Azure (AKS) using ADO pipelines.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
- Experience with Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD, and release management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MCP Engineering – building modular context-aware tooling.
- Context Engineering – structuring and optimizing AI reasoning.
- Understanding of Responsible AI, governance, and security practices.
- Familiarity with AI-augmented architecture patterns and product thinking for GenAI adoption.

- Proficient in English communication
- Experience in software development life cycle including agile. Participates in implementations of new systems or modifications to existing systems to meet Information Systems and client business requirements.
