Conjugate QADDS is hiring specialist Data Centre leadership network across Japan and is seeking an experienced Managing Director / Country Head – Data Centres for a major growth opportunity in Tokyo.
We are particularly interested in senior leaders who have experience building, developing or scaling Data Centre / Hyperscale / Mission-Critical infrastructure businesses in Japan or the wider APAC market.
THE IDEAL PROFILE
We are looking for senior executives with experience across some or all of:
• Data Centre development & investment
• Hyperscale / Colocation infrastructure
• Business development & client relationships
• Land, power & site development
• Project development and delivery
• Construction / EPC / MEP
• Commercial & P&L leadership
• Investor / stakeholder management
• Building and leading high-performing teams
• Japan / APAC Data Centre market
Typical background: 15+ years of senior leadership experience, with significant exposure to Data Centres, Mission Critical Infrastructure, Digital Infrastructure, Real Estate or related sectors.
Japanese & English: Strong bilingual communication is highly desirable.
