Conjugate QADDS is hiring specialist Data Centre talent across Australia and is seeking experienced Project Director for major data-centre developments in the Sydney market.
We are particularly interested in senior professionals with a proven track record delivering large-scale, mission-critical data-centre projects.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Lead major data-centre developments from design and construction through commissioning and operational readiness, working with developers, hyperscalers, consultants, EPC contractors and specialist delivery partners.

- Large-scale Data Centre / Hyperscale projects
- Project development & delivery
- Construction management
- MEP / electrical infrastructure
- Commissioning & integrated systems testing
- Programme, budget & commercial management
- Client / stakeholder management
- Mission-critical infrastructure
- Multi-disciplinary project leadership
IDEAL PROFILE
Senior Project Directors / Project Leaders with significant experience delivering complex infrastructure projects—particularly:
Data Centres | Hyperscale | Mission Critical | Critical Infrastructure | Large-scale MEP | Industrial / High-Tech Infrastructure
Experience managing large project teams, contractors, consultants and multiple workstreams is highly valued.
Location: Sydney, NSW
We are particularly interested in professionals with experience across Sydney / Western Sydney, as well as strong international Data Centre professionals considering Australia.
Professionals from related sectors such as EPC, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Semiconductor, Industrial Infrastructure and Mission Critical Facilities are also encouraged to connect.
