LEAD THE DELIVERY OF JAPAN'S NEXT GENERATION OF DATA CENTRES
Conjugate QADDS is seeking experienced Data Centre Construction Project Managers for major projects in Tokyo.
This is an opportunity for experienced construction and project professionals to take responsibility for the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical Data Centre infrastructure.
THE ROLE
You will lead project delivery across the construction lifecycle, working with developers, clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and specialist MEP teams.
Key responsibilities include:
• Project planning & execution
• Construction management
• Programme, budget & cost control
• Design coordination
• Contractor & consultant management
• MEP coordination
• Procurement & commercial management
• Quality, safety & risk management
• Testing & commissioning
• Handover and project close-out
• Client & stakeholder management
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experienced Project Managers / Senior Project Managers with backgrounds in:
Data Centres | Hyperscale | Mission Critical | Industrial Infrastructure | High-Tech Construction | Large-Scale MEP | EPC
Typically 7–15+ years' project/construction experience, with significant experience delivering complex projects.
Japanese + English: Highly desirable.
A strong understanding of Japanese construction practices, regulations and stakeholder management will be advantageous.
Current Tokyo market roles are explicitly seeking Data Centre Construction Project Managers, including positions covering the complete construction lifecycle through handover, while other Tokyo roles seek bilingual English/Japanese project managers with MEP and commissioning experience.
