Senior MarTech Solutions Architect/Program Manager (Professional Services experience)

We are looking for a professional services firm specializing in solving marketing complexity for marketing leaders at tier-one brands. Our clients include Home Depot, Delta, Georgia-Pacific, and Marriott. We help organizations address the root cause of marketing inefficiency by creating the data and context that travels across all systems and workflows, enabling marketing to scale effectively.
The Role
We're seeking an experienced Solutions Architect/Delivery Lead to oversee a complex enterprise marketing technology implementation for a major client. This is a full-time position managing significant budget and team responsibilities.
What You'll Do
You'll serve as the primary leader for the complete systems integration lifecycle, functioning at a Big Four senior manager level. Your responsibilities include:
Requirements & Planning: Define and manage comprehensive project requirements across technology, functional, and content domains
Build & Development: Oversee the implementation of marketing technology solutions (Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDPs, CMS platforms, and system integrations)
Testing & Deployment: Develop test strategies and coordinate deployment across complex, interconnected systems
Program Management: Manage the full breadth and depth of the program, not just a thin slice, including coordination with multiple internal teams and external agencies
Change Management: Lead stakeholder communication and organizational change initiatives
Strategic Oversight: Pull the right levers at the right time—understanding when to prioritize technology, functional requirements, content, testing, or change management based on program needs
What We're Looking For
Consulting Background: 10+ years of experience in consulting delivery, ideally from Deloitte Digital, Accenture Song, or Accenture Interactive
MarTech Expertise: Deep understanding of the marketing technology space, including Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDPs, and CMS platforms
Enterprise Experience: Proven track record implementing complex solutions for tier-one client environments
Lifecycle Understanding: Demonstrated knowledge of systems integration and the full software development lifecycle
Leadership: Ability to manage budgets, coordinate teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across functions
Holistic Perspective: Understanding that enterprise implementations involve technology, people, process, and organizational change—not just configuration
