StrataBlue is seeking a hands-on technical leader to bridge the gap between business problems and AI solutions. You will design architectures, prototype with tools like n8n and Claude Code, and work with developers to ship production systems. Crucially, you will turn custom client work into repeatable products and reusable components to scale our impact.

What You Will Do
- Design complex technical architectures involving AI agents, voice AI, CRM integrations, and automated data flows.
- Rapidly prototype proofs of concept using modern tools like Claude Code, Replit, n8n, and various LLM APIs.
- Lead technical delivery by translating client needs into clear requirements and collaborating with developers to ensure successful implementation.
The ideal candidate
- 5+ years in software, solutions architecture, or technical product roles with deep knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and databases.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs, agentic frameworks, and voice AI platforms like ElevenLabs or LiveKit.
- Proven ability to bridge business and engineering, prototyping solutions themselves before handing off to development teams.
