Join August Robotics as our first US-focused Recruiter to lead the expansion of our Go-To-Market and operations teams. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for 10-20 critical hires, shaping our US hiring culture and strategy. This remote role offers the chance to build the team behind the world’s leading autonomous floor-marking and drilling robots.

What You Will Do
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for marketing, sales, and operations roles across the US and occasionally Europe, managing 10-20 hires in the first year.
- Partner directly with the People team and hiring managers to design and iterate on recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience from scratch.
- Proactively source and engage high-caliber talent, building a robust pipeline that reflects the company’s ambitious culture and technical excellence.
The ideal candidate
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience in the US market, with a track record of successfully placing marketing, sales, or operations professionals.
- A self-starting builder mentality with the ability to operate autonomously and establish efficient recruitment machines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and the drive to personally source and close candidates, whether coming from a high-performance in-house or agency background.
