Lead the technical vision for an AI-native platform automating complex enterprise workflows. You will architect agentic systems and RAG pipelines that transform unstructured communication data into actionable insights. What You Will Do
- Design and implement end-to-end AI architectures, including LLM orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Collaborate directly with early design partners to translate complex business workflows into reliable, explainable, and production-grade AI features.
- Lead the complete product lifecycle from rapid prototyping and benchmarking to deploying, monitoring, and scaling a robust enterprise-ready platform.
The ideal candidate
- Proven experience shipping production-grade LLM applications or agentic systems to real-world users, rather than just research or prototypes.
- Strong background in full-stack product engineering with the ability to own technical decisions across the entire stack and infrastructure.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for deep accountability and the resilience needed to build a company in a high-ambiguity environment.
