A global leader in clinical trial technology is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Business Systems Analyst to support RTSM/IRT system implementation for international clinical studies.

What You’ll Do
System Implementation
- Collaborate with Client Services Lead on RTSM system implementation
- Join client design sessions, document requirements, propose solutions
- Track and resolve functional & technical issues before go‑live
- Lead validation activities: BVT, Validation Testing, test script creation/execution
- Create training materials for clients & clinical sites
- Support system integrations when needed
- Maintain implementation timelines using JIRA and project trackers
System Operations
- Support creation of study data management plans
- Act as escalation point for internal Customer Support
- Participate in client audits
Experience We’re Looking For
âś” 3+ years in clinical research (clinical supplies, RTSM/IRT, or eClinical systems ideal) OR 7+ years in system implementation in IT industry
âś” Experience in software implementation & testing
✔ Exposure to project management with cross‑functional teams
Language Requirements
- Native Mandarin — must-have
- Business-level English — must-have
- Japanese — nice to have
Bonus Skills
- Clinical supplies forecasting or simulation tools
- Supply chain certification or experience
- Agile methodology experience
- Strong communication, client-oriented mindset, highly organized
- Ability to travel up to 25% (client workshops, UAT)
