Job Description
Snaphomz is looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams. The ideal candidate should have strong requirements-gathering experience, analytical thinking, documentation skills, and the ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, QA teams, and UI/UX teams to understand business requirements.
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Convert business requirements into detailed user stories, use cases, workflows, process diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
- Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities for process and product optimization.
- Maintain and prioritize requirements in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, demonstrations, and UAT activities.
- Clarify functional requirements for development and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve requirement gaps, dependencies, and change requests.
- Create Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents, process flows, and other project documentation.
- Assist QA teams in developing test scenarios and validating whether delivered functionality meets business requirements.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing and coordinate issue resolution.
- Analyze application usage, customer feedback, and business data to recommend product enhancements.
- Support integration requirements involving third-party systems, APIs, and internal platforms.
- Ensure traceability between business requirements, development activities, testing, and final implementation.
Required Skills
- 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Business Analyst, or IT Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
- Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of SDLC and software development processes.
- Experience with process mapping, workflow documentation, and gap analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with cross-functional product, engineering, QA, and UX teams.
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, databases, and application workflows is preferred.
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with real-estate platforms, PropTech, SaaS products, marketplace applications, CRM systems, or consumer-facing digital products would be an advantage.
Candidates with experience supporting product development from requirements gathering through production implementation will be preferred.
