About the Role
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to streamline our development and deployment processes, ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure. This role bridges development and operations, driving automation and continuous improvement across the software delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes
- Manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and cost optimization
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code practices
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of production environments
- Implement and maintain containerization and orchestration strategies
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment frequency and reduce release cycle times
- Establish logging, monitoring, and alerting systems for proactive issue detection
- Manage configuration management and secrets across environments
- Drive security best practices, including vulnerability scanning and compliance checks
- Maintain disaster recovery and backup strategies
- Document infrastructure architecture and operational runbooks
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proficiency in scripting and automation
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration
- Experience with version control and collaborative development workflows
Preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA)
- Experience with microservices and distributed systems
- Background in Agile/Scrum environments
