About the Role
Quantumtech Inc. is looking for a Junior AI/ML Engineer to join our technology team. This role is suited for candidates with a strong foundation in Python, machine learning, and data analysis who want to build practical AI-driven applications and grow into production-level AI/ML development.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and improve machine learning models.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets for training and analysis.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Build Python-based AI/ML applications and APIs.
- Assist with Generative AI, LLM, NLP, and automation initiatives.
- Integrate AI models with existing applications and services.
- Support model testing, deployment, monitoring, and documentation.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and product teams on AI initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python.
- Understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
- Basic understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, or Generative AI.
- Knowledge of SQL and data manipulation.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and work with emerging AI technologies.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, LLM APIs, RAG, vector databases, AWS, Azure, or GCP will be an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong academic projects, internships, GitHub projects, or practical AI/ML experience are encouraged to apply.
