What You Will Do
- Develop end-to-end evaluation platforms, including frontend tools, backend services, and APIs that simulate complex real-world software interactions.
- Partner with research teams to design sophisticated data models and software workflows for testing model performance in business contexts.
- Implement modern development practices and AI-assisted coding tools to rapidly build and deploy infrastructure that ensures AI reliability and alignment.
The ideal candidate
- Has 3+ years of experience building complex, full-stack products from initial ambiguity to production, ideally within a high-growth startup environment.
- Possesses deep technical proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Python, with a strong intuition for how enterprise software behaves in production.
- Demonstrates a proactive, owner-mindset with the ability to navigate complex requirements and build robust tools for evaluating AI performance.
