What You Will Do
- Pitch directly to category buyers at major UK high street retailers to secure first-time listings.
- Develop and execute the annual joint business plan, including trading terms and promotional strategies.
- Analyze EPOS and category data to optimize sell-out performance and identify new growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate
- Proven experience pitching to and winning listings with major UK retailers like Boots or Superdrug.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing full P&L and retail growth strategies.
