Job Description
As the first dedicated Growth Lead at Affinitylabs.ai, you will work directly with the founders to scale a portfolio of consumer products. You will build repeatable systems for paid acquisition, creative production, and funnel testing, turning experimentation into a science that drives growth across the entire Foundry ecosystem.

What You Will Do
- Manage and scale Meta ad campaigns across the portfolio, defining creative test frameworks, CAC/ROAS targets, and optimizing trial-to-paid economics for each product.
- Build a robust creator and UGC pipeline, managing briefs and production variations while integrating AI tools to streamline creative workflows and make them reusable.
- Develop reusable validation infrastructure, including landing pages and tracking systems, to conduct pre-build research and audit growth performance metrics for the team and investors.
The ideal candidate
- Proven track record running Meta paid acquisition with direct accountability for performance metrics and a deep understanding of consumer subscription mechanics and payback periods.
- Technically proficient enough to build landing pages and debug tracking or attribution (vibe-coding) without requiring constant engineering support to move fast.
- Analytical and high-agency, with experience managing UGC creators and a habit of building comprehensive dashboards before launching experiments to ensure data-driven decision making.
