Starting in London and moving to San Francisco, you will find a cofounder, validate high-impact ideas, and secure significant pre-seed funding to reshape national security and commercial markets.

What You Will Do
- Collaborate with a curated group of founders to identify and validate high-potential defence or dual-use business ideas.
- Transition from the formation phase in London to the launch phase in San Francisco to accelerate global market entry.
- Build and ship products that serve both government national security needs and large-scale commercial sectors.
The ideal candidate
- Proven track record as a repeat founder or early employee who has successfully navigated the 0-to-1 startup journey.
- Demonstrated ability to build products and secure institutional seed funding or initial government contracts under constraints.
- Deep interest in autonomy, AI, robotics, or cybersecurity, with a drive to solve complex, high-stakes problems.
