Position: Outbound Business Development Representative
Your Impact:
- Identify Promising Companies: Unearth businesses that can benefit from cutting-edge marketing automation solutions.
- Collaborate with Account Executives: Partner with seasoned professionals to devise and implement effective prospecting strategies.
- Craft Compelling Messaging: Create, test, and refine messaging tailored to various channels, industries, and personas.
- Share Insights and Best Practices: Enhance the outbound process by sharing successful strategies and supporting your colleagues.
- Demonstrate Accountability & Effort: Maintain a strong focus on achieving goals and surpassing expectations.
About You:
- Experience: 1+ years in an inbound or outbound BDR role at a marketing technology company (preferred).
- Language Skills: Proficient in German and English, both written and verbal.
- Motivated: Driven to exceed targets and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Energetic & Self-Aware: Thoughtful, engaging, and always eager to learn.
- Detail-Oriented: A proactive self-starter with a relentless attitude towards achieving results.
