For our client, we are seeking a Senior Program Manager Gen AI - Games to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a hospitality and recreation environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $285,000 – $485,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Support engineering workstreams with milestone planning and agile process management
- Drive program coordination across engineering, platform, and studio teams, identifying risks and dependencies
- Identify opportunities for AI integration in workflows and create training for adoption
- Analyze product engagement data to recommend improvements and set KPIs
- Engage with stakeholders to pinpoint GenAI opportunities in game development processes
Qualifications
- 12+ years in program/product management, particularly in tech portfolios
- 5+ years of experience in the games industry
- Proven track record in product management: user needs, strategy, and roadmaps
- Experience in partner engagements and business development within the games sector
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and custom tool development
