Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Business Development Representative to join a growing team. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong referral relationships, generating new business opportunities, and representing our company throughout the local community.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, HVAC contractors, real estate professionals, and other industry partners.
- Promote restoration services, including water mitigation, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, and emergency response.
- Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and networking activities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining an active sales pipeline.
- Respond promptly to leads and coordinate with operations teams to support clients and referral partners.
- Represent the company at community events, trade shows, chamber meetings, and networking groups.
- Track sales activities, contacts, and results using CRM and reporting tools.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or relationship-based marketing.
- Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, property management, or related industries strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Rock Hill and York County area.
