🚀 Full Stack AI Engineer

This role is primarily on-site (5 days per week) occasional flexibility as needed
We're working with an exciting early-stage, Paris-based startup that's building an AI-powered documentation and decision intelligence platform for factories. The company is looking for a Full Stack AI Engineer to help shape both the product and engineering culture from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and ship production-grade features across the full stack
- Develop scalable applications using Python and Next.js (TypeScript)
- Work closely with AI engineers to integrate agentic and AI-powered capabilities
- Build intuitive user experiences for complex industrial workflows
- Contribute to architecture, product direction, and technical strategy
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and innovation
What We're Looking For
- Strong commercial experience building and shipping products to production
- Excellent proficiency in TypeScript and Python
- Experience developing full-stack applications in modern web frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP experience advantageous)
- A product-focused mindset with a bias towards execution
- Interest in working with AI-native development workflows and emerging agent technologies
