About the Role
You'll own whole verticals end to end: data model, API, interface and production, working alongside the finance specialists who use the product every day. Stack is TypeScript and React, with Python and FastAPI on the backend.This is a senior or staff-level opportunity with early equity upside at a company already serving clients and building a deep engineering bench.Sound like the kind of ownership you're after? Responsibilities
- Own whole verticals end to end: data model, API, interface and production.
- Work alongside the finance specialists who use the product every day.
- Build and maintain systems using a stack of TypeScript and React, with Python and FastAPI on the backend.
- Contribute as part of a small, deliberately senior engineering team that hires top down.
Requirements
- A true full-stack generalist skillset across frontend, backend, data and infrastructure (6+ years for Senior, 12+ for Staff).
- A fintech background, ideally building systems that handle money: payments, billing, ledgers or lending.
- Prior startup experience and a stable career history, with tenures long enough to have lived with your decisions.
- Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, or similar) to ship production code.
